ALTERNATE STYLESHEETS

Weirdlist now comes in three distinctly similar flavours.

Default style The default style is the normal look we've all grown to know and tolerate. Black text on a gradiated blue to white background.

Transparent Style The transparent style is similar to the default, but the text has a transparent white background, making it slightly easier to read. If your browser doesn't support PNG transparency (I'm talking to you, smelly Internet Explorer), the text will just be on a grotty grey background. (If anyone's interested, I use sexy Opera, which does support PNG transparency, and isn't shit at CSS like Mozilla).

High contrast style The high contrast style is designed for people with visual difficulties, and is large black text on a white background. It may be ugly, but it's very readable.

As well as changing the style via this page, you can change it from the Alternate Styles box in the bottom right hand corner of every page within Weirdlist. Just click on the image that corresponds with the style you want.

If I haven't fucked up cutting and pasting the code from alistapart.com, a cookie should be stored that will apply your setting across every page within Weirdlist. If you try and apply a new style before the page has fully loaded, you may find that it reverts to the old style. All the pages load quickly enough to render that moot, I hope. Oh and it requires javascript to work, but you're bound to have it enabled.

I guess thassit. If there are any questions or problems, feel free to email me or post a message on the message board.
